To user super attendant chalmers and ElronMcBong, it looks indeed as if they were hit first either by an incoming shell or a mortar shell that shook the ground before them, and in chock the RPG holder pressed the trigger as you can clearly see some flammmes and smokes coming out of the back off the RPG.. If it was a malfunction which I refute, the smoke coming out of the back would have been greyor white...
