Believe it or not, often times the simpler options may seem attractive because they require less effort or involve less difficulty. However, this does not necessarily mean that they are the best options in terms of long-term results or satisfaction.
When we take the easier route, we may be avoiding challenges and opportunities for personal growth and learning. Overcoming obstacles and facing difficult situations can be uncomfortable at the moment, but it allows us to grow, learn new skills, and become emotionally stronger.
The simplest solutions either do not fully address the problem or do not produce lasting results. A more challenging but comprehensive option can lead to stronger and more lasting results.

Where am I going with this? The point is that if you want a beautiful and worked body, go to the fucking gym and forget about liposuction and other short-term solutions.

SAFETY ROPE

Climbing with a safety rope involves using a rope attached to the climber, manipulated by a partner at the base of the route. The safety rope is used to prevent the climber from falling in case of a slip.
The belayer keeps the rope taut as the climber ascends, and in the event of a fall, firmly holds the rope to control the descent.
